-Land services in Egypt:

 The Cancellations between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.

 Cancellations 15 days before the departure date will have a 100% penalty.

 Non-show on the day of departure without prior notice will result in a 100% penalty.

(In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded)

-Hotels in Maldives:

Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. Consult in each case.

-The order of the visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.

-In relation to the accommodations, it must be taken into account that the categories in Egypt do not correspond to the categories in Europe, the standards in Egypt are lower. The categories of the hotels offered in this program are the official ones in Egypt, which does not mean that they correspond to the official categories in Europe. As for the motor ships that make cruises on the Nile, these do not have an official category.

-Possible changes in accommodation: if it is not possible on any of the departures confirm the planned hotels or ships, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-Baggage: In case of lost luggage by the airlines, It will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: many places in Egypt, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible. Please consult and notify us before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Egypt, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-In case If a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or the hotels, he or she will be forced to abandon the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy. /p>

-Credit card: generally, hotels and ships require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Egypt and Maldives: it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current rules regarding entry and exit from the country to which you are traveling, as well as carrying the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
