-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken suitcases.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Mauritius, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible, please check and notify before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) .), must be communicated before arrival at the hotel, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: Once the trip has begun, There will be no refund or discount for services that passengers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: In the event that a passenger's attitude causes inconvenience to other passengers, it will be reason for the hotel to ask them to leave the facilities without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: Generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Mauritius: It is the passenger's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and departure from the country to which you are traveling, as well as carrying the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
-Management fees: €30 per reservation.
-Flights:
Name change Not allowed. Change of date allowed only before the issuance of air tickets.
Once the tickets are issued, they are non-refundable.
-Hotels:
The special cancellation conditions vary according to each hotel. Consult in each case.
No-show on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.
In the event that the client decides reduce the stay for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.
