What is included?

Children's discounts on land services
- From 0 to 1.99 years: free
- From 2 to 5.99 years: 50% with extra bed and sharing a room with two adults.
- From 6 to 11.99 years: €75 discount, sharing a room with two adults.
- Once children reach 12 years of age, there is no discount.
IMPORTANT
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers: daily except Mondays.
-This itinerary is based on arrivals in Amman on Tuesdays and Fridays. For the other days of arrival, the content of the trip will be the same but modifying the order of the itinerary, this will be indicated in the reservation confirmation.
-Free days: During free days, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: our representative in Jordan has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Jordan, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Jordan, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Claims: passengers who consider that they have not received the contracted services at the place of origin, must present a written letter before leaving Jordan. Any complaint upon arrival in the country of origin will not be taken into account.
-Consumer withdrawal: the tour is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the tour without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: hotels generally require passengers to have a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements Jordan: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves of the current entry and exit regulations for the country to which they are travelling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
Cancelation conditions
Management fees: €30 per reservation.
Flights:
Change of name Not allowed.
Change of date allowed only before the issuance of airline tickets.

Land services:
Cancellations between 15 and 8 days before the date departure will have a 25% penalty.
Cancellations between 7 and 4 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.
Cancellations between 3 and 1 day before the departure date will have a 75% penalty.
No-shows on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.
Transfers not used by clients on guaranteed departures will not be reimbursed.
In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be reimbursed
Jordan and the Red Sea itinerary
Day 1:
AMMAN
Flight from your hometown to Queen Alia International Airport, Amman. *
Arrival at Amman airport, visa formalities and transfer to the hotel. Dinner (only when arrival at the hotel is before 9:00 p.m.) and accommodation.
* The client may choose to take the flight included in the package or buy and book it on their own.
Day 2:
AMMAN – JERASH – AJLOUN - AMMAN
Breakfast. Panoramic tour of the city of Amman. Its most important avenues, the Citadel, the urban center and the Roman Theater. Continuation to Jerash, one of the cities of the Decapolis. Jerash is located north of Amman, approximately 45 km and an hour away by road. During the excursion, we will visit the Arc de Triomphe, the Oval Square, the Cardo, the Colonnade, the Temple of Aphrodite and ending at the Roman Theater, with wonderful acoustics. Then we will continue to Ajlun Castle, a fortress built in 1185 and rebuilt later in the 13th century by the Mamluks after being destroyed by the Mongols. It is a castle from the time of the Crusaders, located on top of the mountain and from which there is a beautiful view. At the end of the visit, return to Amman. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3:
AMMAN – DEAD SEA – AMMAN
Breakfast. Departure to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth located 400 meters below sea level. Free time to take a bath and return to Amman. Dinner and Accommodation.

Day 4:
AMMAN – MOUNT NEBO – SHOBAK CASTLE – PETRA
Breakfast. Departure to visit the Orthodox Church of Saint George, where the first mosaic map of Palestine is located. Continuation to Mount Nebo and admire the panoramic view of the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea from the mountain. This place is important because it was the last place visited by Moses and from where the prophet saw the promised land, which he would never reach. After this stop, departure to Shobak Castle, a solitary reminder of the former glory of the Crusaders and built in the year 1115 by King Baldwin as a defensive place on the road between Damascus and Egypt. The Castle is located less than an hour north of Petra, it was once called “Mont Realo Mons Regalis” and is nestled on the side of a mountain, over a large area of fruit trees. Departure to Petra. Dinner and Accommodation.

Day 5:
PETRA
Breakfast. Full day dedicated to the visit of the pink city, the capital of the Nabateans. During the visit, we will get to know the most important and representative monuments carved in the rock by the Nabateans. The Treasury, famous and internationally known monument made into a movie in one of the Indiana Jones movies, the Colored Tombs, the Royal Tombs, etc. Petra is one of those places in the world where you have to go at least once in your life. At the end of the visit, in the afternoon, return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 6:
PETRA – LITTLE PETRA – WADI RUM - AQABA
Breakfast. Departure to the area known as "Little Petra", just 15 km north of Petra. A gorge barely 2 meters wide with its typical Nabataean architecture makes this visit unique and incomparable. It was inhabited by the Nabateans and has many tombs, water basins and channels, a small path leading to some part of the inner area, Siq Al Bared, the scale of this area and the fact that it is the continuation of Petra, gave it the Little Petra's name. After this stop, continue to Wadi Rum, the Lawrence of Arabia desert. Here we will take a tour of approximately two hours in 4x4 vehicles driven by the Bedouins and it consists of a small excursion through the lunar landscape of this desert. We will enter the pink sands of this desert, which has a special charm provided by the granite massifs that nature has modeled with whimsical shapes. After the excursion, departure to Aqaba. Arrival at the hotel, dinner and accommodation.
