Day 1:

MELBOURNE

Arrive at Melbourne International Airport and transfer to your hotel by scheduled English-speaking chauffeur service. Remainder of the day at leisure. Accommodation.

Melbourne is a modern metropolis situated on the banks of the Yarra River and known for its many gardens, parks and open spaces, which together occupy almost a third of the city. There are over 50,000 species of plants in Melbourne's Royal Botanic Gardens and this collection gives an insight into the rich indigenous flora found in and around the city. The city is also becoming an increasingly popular foodie destination, with the Southbank and Arts Centre packed with restaurants, bars and live entertainment. 'Doing the block' is a well-known phrase for exploring the hidden lanes and alleys around Bourke, Collins and Flinders Streets, while Queen Victoria Market is a popular shopping venue that has been selling clothes, art, toys, crafts and vegetables for over a century.

Day 2:

MELBOURNE

Breakfast at the hotel. The Spanish-speaking guide will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby to begin a walking tour of the streets of Melbourne, lasting approximately three hours. During this walk, your guide will help you discover some of Melbourne's most outstanding hidden places, alleys and galleries hidden in the main streets, quirky art venues, the best cafes and its dynamic architecture. This visit will allow you to enjoy the attractions of this wonderful city in a relaxed and entertaining way. The tour ends with the ascent to the famous Melbourne Skydeck (entrance included). Rest of the day free to continue exploring the city on your own. Return to the hotel at your own expense. Accommodation.

Day 3:

MELBOURNE - GREAT OCEAN ROAD - MELBOURNE

Breakfast at the hotel and depart on a full-day tour of the Great Ocean Road. Your tour of the Great Ocean Road will allow you to enjoy the natural wonders of this majestic route. This tour gives you exclusive access to an ancient eucalyptus forest walk where you can get up close to koalas and kangaroos. Keep an eye out for some very special animals such as whales, dolphins, echidnas and bandicoots. You will have free time to stroll along the wild beaches or stop for a coffee and take in the incredible scenery. Light lunch included. The tour ends with a panoramic view of the 12 Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

MELBOURNE - CAIRNS

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport on a regular service with a Spanish-speaking driver to depart on flight QF702 to Cairns (*). Arrival and welcome by a local Spanish-speaking guide. Transfer to your hotel on a regular service with an English-speaking driver. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.

Cairns, in northern Queensland, is a cosmopolitan and vibrant city, and a privileged destination for sailing, diving and snorkelling. Its tropical waters are home to the spectacular Great Barrier Reef, while lush rainforests cover the surrounding areas. Ways to make the most of this coastal paradise include cycling along the 14 km of sandy beach, or rafting through rapids to see the ruins of Mission Beach. Other popular activities include visiting Cooktown for a taste of history or taking a picturesque stroll through the farmlands, popping into the various town markets along the way. In the city centre, visit the Tiapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park for a musical and dance performance of Aboriginal history; or relax on the Cairns Esplanade for a perfect seaside dining experience paired with a romantic sunset.

Day 5:

CAIRNS

Breakfast at the hotel. Today your guide will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby to begin with a short walk to the pier (Reef Fleet Terminal) to check in for the "Michealmas Cay" cruise. Depart for Michaelmas Cay aboard the beautiful sailing catamaran Ocean Spirit to experience the unique fringing reef environment and an important protected sanctuary for migratory birds. You will be able to snorkel from the shallow, protected waters of the cay, or sail in the submersible to get a view of the reef's depths and discover the island's birdlife. If you prefer, simply relax on the beach or on board the catamaran and enjoy a peaceful day on the Great Barrier Reef. Buffet lunch on board. In the afternoon, return to the port. Rest of the day at leisure and transfer to the hotel at your own expense. Accommodation.

CAIRNS

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to continue exploring Cairns on your own or take an optional excursion such as the Cape Tribulation area, a natural wonder declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Accommodation.

CAIRNS - SYDNEY

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Cairns Airport on a scheduled service with an English-speaking driver to depart on flight QF923 to Sydney (*). Arrival and transfer to the hotel with a Spanish-speaking driver. Rest of the afternoon free. Accommodation.

(*) In the event that the client books a flight other than the one indicated, the departure transfers in Cairns and arrival in Sydney will have an extra cost.


It's safe to say that some planning is required for a visit to such a stunning city, because no matter what you're in the mood for (shopping, the arts, the outdoors), you're likely to be baffled by the scope of options available here. Firstly, there are the must-see sights: Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Sydney Tower for its 360-degree views of the city, the waterfront centres of Darling Harbour and Circular Quay, and the Rocks district for shopping. After dark, the glittering city comes alive with fine dining and music that extends into the early hours of the morning. For more leisurely diversions, head to the beach or hop on a ferry for an extensive tour of Sydney Harbour, the Parramatta River and numerous waterside venues.

Day 8:

SYDNEY

Breakfast and departure from the hotel with your Spanish-speaking guide for a panoramic tour of the city of Sydney. Before starting the tour, your guide will review the planned itinerary with the clients. During the tour, they will visit the historic area of The Rocks and hear the story of the first convicts who arrived in Sydney. They will enjoy magnificent views of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, and the city's shopping centre, QVB, Centrepoint. The visit will continue with the famous Bondi Beach where you will have time to enjoy a coffee or a cold drink (not included) in one of the waterfront establishments. You will see the lifeguards on the beach and the best panoramic view of Sydney at Dover Heights. The return to Sydney via Double Bay, Kings Cross and the Macquarie's Chair lookout point to enjoy a panoramic view over the harbour. This first part of the excursion ends in Darling Harbour. Then, accompanied by the Spanish-speaking guide, a buffet lunch on board a boat while sailing around Sydney Harbour. This cruise is a perfect way to see Sydney from a unique vantage point with plenty of amazing photo opportunities. You’ll discover the secrets of one of the world’s most famous and spectacular natural harbours, including icons such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, Sydney Botanic Gardens and more. After your cruise, visit the famous Sydney Opera House. You’ll explore the theatres and foyers where over 1,600 concerts, operas, plays and ballets take place each year. Your guide will explain every aspect of its 14-year construction and 58-year history. You’ll be able to touch its famous tile mosaics, take a seat in one of the elegant white birch chairs and admire the vaulted ceilings of one of the largest pillar-free chambers in the world. You’ll visit areas off-limits to the general public and photograph it from privileged views. (Note: some tours may have restricted access to some parts of the Opera House due to rehearsals and performances.) After the visit, free time and return to the hotel at the client's expense.
