Itinerary
Day 1: CITY OF ORIGIN - IGUAZÚ
Flight from your city of origin to Cataratas del Iguazú International Airport. Night on board.
Day 2: IGUAZU
Arrival at Iguazú International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Puerto Iguazú. Remainder of the day at leisure. Accommodation.
(Note: Hotel rooms will be available after 3:00 PM)
Day 3: IGUAZÚ – IGUAZÚ NATIONAL PARK (Argentine side) - IGUAZÚ
Breakfast. Departure on a full day excursion to visit the Argentine side of the Iguazú Falls, located within the Iguazú National Park. With an area of 67,000 hectares, the falls are made up of 275 waterfalls with an average height of 70 meters. In this part of the sub-tropical jungle it is possible to observe a variety of ferns, orchids, begonias, birds and butterflies. We head towards the Central Station where our option is to take a train service that takes us to the Cataratas Station and/or Garganta del Diablo Station. From this place, for the visit you can choose one of the following options:
- Paseo Superior: 800-meter route of elevated walkways above the surface of the land in order not to hinder or scare away the passage of the fauna that inhabits the Jungle. Highlights: Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabé Méndez and M'Bigua waterfalls. Duration of the walk 1 hour. Difficulty range: low, without stairs.
- Lower Promenade: 1,600-meter walk along a raised walkway above the ground surface. Highlights: Dos Hermanas waterfalls, Alvear Nuñez, San Martín, Bosetti, the Peñón de la Bella Vista (with a panoramic view of the Devil's Throat and the Lower Iguazú River Canyon). Duration of the walk 2 hours. Difficulty range: moderate, with stairs.
- Devil's Throat: leaving from Cataratas Station, the train will take us to Garganta Station. The walk along the catwalks will be about 1,200 meters to delight us with the spectacular balcony of the most important waterfall in the National Park: the Garganta del Diablo. Duration of the walk 2 hours. Difficulty range: low, no stairs.
In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 4: IGUAZU - BUENOS AIRES
Breakfast and free time until your transfer to the airport.
Arrival at the Buenos Aires airport and transfer to the hotel. Next, departure for a panoramic tour of the city with the Obelisk and San Martín squares, Corrientes, De Mayo and 9 de Julio Avenues, among others; neighborhoods with history like La Boca, San Telmo, sumptuous like Palermo and Recoleta and modern like Puerto. Back to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 5: BUENOS AIRES
Breakfast. Free day at your entire disposal to continue discovering the charms of this great city or hire an optional excursion. Accommodation.
Day 6: BUENOS AIRES – USHUAIA
Breakfast. Transfer to Buenos Aires airport. Arrival at Ushuaia airport and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure in the city known as "the city at the end of the world." Overnight stay.
Day 7: USHUAIA – TIERRA DE FUEGO NATIONAL PARK - USHUAIA
Breakfast. In the morning, departure on a half-day excursion to visit the Tierra del Fuego National Park, one of the most important protected areas in Argentina and the only National Park in the country that has a marine coast (Beagle Channel) bathing the forest. Inside the Park you can see the local flora made up of lengas, cherry trees, ñires and different species of shrubs and flowers that reach great heights and become truly beautiful during the winter. The fauna is represented by both native and foreign species, such as the red fox, the beaver, the rabbit and different species of birds. During the tour you will visit Ensenada Bay, Roca Lake and Lapataia Bay. After the visit, return to the hotel and rest of the day free. Lodging.
Optional activities: during the visit to the Tierra del Fuego National Park, you can choose to hire a ride on the “ End of the World Train”. After the visit, you can also hire an optional excursion to navigate the Beagle Channel.
Day 8: USHUAIA – EL CALAFATE
Breakfast. Transfer to Ushuaia Airport. Arrival at El Calafate Airport and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 9: El Calafate – Perito Moreno Glacier – El Calafate
Breakfast. Departure for Glaciers National Park to visit the Perito Moreno Glacier. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and located 80 km from El Calafate, it is one of the most spectacular and famous glaciers in the world, one of the few still advancing today. It is undoubtedly one of nature's most incredible spectacles, surprising with its impressive calving. From its several-kilometer-long front, we will observe the constant detachment of enormous blocks of ice into the waters of Lake Argentino. A spectacle that can be seen from strategically located walkways. The excursion includes the famous Nautical Safari, a boat ride to the base of the glacier, with an incredible view. In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 10: THE CAULKER
Breakfast. Free day to enjoy the area or hire an optional excursion to continue getting to know the glaciers of the National Park in depth.
Recommended optional activities: “Todo Glaciares” or “Gourmet Glaciers Experience” excursion on the María Turquesa cruise ship with navigation to the Upsala and Spegazzini glaciers.
Day 11: EL CALAFATE - BARILOCHE
Breakfast. Transfer to El Calafate Airport. Arrival at Bariloche Airport and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight.
Day 12: BARILOCHE
Breakfast. In the morning, departure bordering the Nahuel Huapi lake to Cerro Campanario, with a chair lift up to the summit from where spectacular views of the region are obtained. Continuation to the Panoramic Point, a natural balcony with a spectacular view over Lake Moreno and the Llao Llao peninsula. Return to the city and rest of the day free. Accommodation.
Day 13: BARILOCHE - CITY OF ORIGIN
Breakfast. Transfer to Bariloche airport.
Flight from San Carlos de Bariloche International Airport - Teniente Luis Candelaria to your hometown.
Day 14: HOMETOWN
Arrival in the city of origin and end of the trip.

- NON-REFUNDABLE GROUND SERVICES FROM THE MOMENT OF CONFIRMATION: tickets to the National Parks.
- OTHER LAND SERVICES: Cancellations received less than 8 business days prior to the start date of the trip will have a 100% penalty on all transportation services.
The Penalty for hotel cancellation varies depending on each establishment. Consult in each case.

-Possible change of route: our representative in Argentina has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure.
-Possible Changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same category contracted.
-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned hours according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:00 hrs and 10:00 hrs. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room services or breakfast bag have an additional cost.
-An early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in time applies, unless additional room nights are purchased to ensure immediate room access. In general, the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.
-The triple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Argentina, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Argentina: it is the responsibility of the client to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Keep in mind that visa regulations, transit, entry and health requirements vary from one country to another and, in turn, can be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
