Itinerary
Day 1: CITY OF ORIGIN - JOHANNESBURG
Departure on a regular flight to Johannesburg. Night on board.
Day 2: JOHANNESBURG
Arrival at Johannesburg airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
(If your flight arrives early, for this day we suggest an optional half-day panoramic tour of Johannesburg and Soweto. The excursion begins around 1 p.m.)
Day 3: JOHANNESBURG – PILANESBERG NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast and departure to the Pilanesberg National Park. Arrival at the lodge at lunchtime (included). In the afternoon, departure for a photo safari (in an open 4x4 vehicle) through the park in search of the big five. Return to the lodge, dinner and accommodation.
Day 4: PILANESBERG NATIONAL PARK
Departure for a photographic safari at dawn in an open 4x4 vehicle. Return to the lodge to have breakfast. Rest of the morning free to enjoy the lodge facilities. After lunch (included), departure again for a photographic safari through the park. Return to the lodge, dinner and accommodation.
(Note: the lodge has a shuttle service with an English-speaking driver to Sun City in case you want to explore this destination that offers entertainment casinos, restaurants, golf course and other attractions. The cost of the transfer is approximately 110 ZAR per person per way, with direct payment at the lodge)
Day 5: PILANESBERG NATIONAL PARK – JOHANNESBURG – CAPE TOWN
Departure for a photographic safari at dawn in an open 4x4 vehicle. Return to the lodge to have breakfast. Then transfer by road back to Johannesburg. Arrival at the airport and departure on a local flight to Cape Town (*). Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
(*) The client may choose to have this flight included in the package or buy it and reserve it on their own.
Day 6: CAPE TOWN
Breakfast. Free day at your entire disposal to explore the city on your own or hire an optional excursion. Accommodation.
(For this day we suggest an optional full-day excursion on the Peninsula)
Day 7: CAPE TOWN
Breakfast. Free day to continue enjoying the city or hire an optional excursion. Accommodation.
(For this day we suggest an optional full-day excursion to visit the famous Bo Kaap neighborhood)
Day 8: CAPE TOWN - VICTORIA FALLS
Breakfast and transfer to the airport. (The use of the room in the hotel in Cape Town, is only allowed until 10:00 hrs)
Flight from Cape Town Airport to Victoria Falls Airport, Zimbabwe.
Arrival at Victoria Falls airport (Zimbabwe) and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.
Day 9: VICTORIA FALLS
Breakfast and departure for a guided tour of Victoria Falls. I'll go back to the hotel, then I have the rest of the day free. Accommodation.
(For the afternoon, we suggest an optional boat ride to enjoy the sunset from the Zambezi River)
Day 10: VICTORIA FALLS
Breakfast. Free time until the time of your transfer to the Victoria Falls airport.(The use of the room in the Victoria Falls hotel is only allowed until 10:00 hrs).
Flight from Victoria Falls Airport, Zimbabwe to your hometown.
Day 11: HOMETOWN
Arrival, end of the trip and of our services.

Cancelation conditions

- GROUND SERVICES:
Cancellations received between 40 and 35 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 25% of the total cost of the services.
Cancellations received between 34 and 31 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services.
Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the start of the services will have a 100% penalty.
Children
Published prices for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.
IMPORTANT
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers, arriving in Johannesburg on Mondays.
-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment , being generally between 06:30 hrs and 09:00 hrs. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room services or breakfast bags have an additional cost.
-The early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in time applies, unless additional room nights are purchased to ensure immediate room access. Rooms are generally available after 3:00 p.m. On the other hand, the use of rooms on the day of departure from the hotel is only allowed until 10:00 am.
-Free time: during free time the Clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: our representative in South Africa has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges, it will be offered an alternative to the client within the same contracted category.
-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call directly to the company to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in South Africa, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for services that you cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotel establishments require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to provide telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in South Africa and Zimbabwe: It is the client's responsibility to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Keep in mind that the regulations for visas, transit, entry, vaccinations and health requirements vary from one country to another and, in turn, can be modified in the short term and without prior notice.
