Itinerary

  • Day 1: HOME CITY - LAS VEGAS

    Flight from your hometown to Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport.

    Arrival at Las Vegas airport, the city of neon lights, fantasy and gambling capital. Transfer to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.

  • Day 2: LAS VEGAS

    Breakfast at the hotel. Morning and afternoon free. At night, there will be a tour that includes a visit to the most historic hotel in Las Vegas, the Caesar Palace Hotel. You will tour the city's best-known street, the “Las Vegas Strip,” witnessing its many attractions until you reach the famous Fremont Street located in the heart of Downtown, the old part and origin of the city of Las Vegas. There they will be able to witness the famous light and sound show on a roof that covers the street, as well as improvised performances by street artists looking for an opportunity in the world of entertainment.   • Day 3: LAS VEGAS – MAMOTH LAKES OR FRESNO

    Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we say goodbye to the bustling city of Las Vegas and head out towards the Nevada Desert to return to the State of California through part of the extensive San Joaquin Valley. Arrive in Fresno or Mammoth Lakes in the late afternoon and overnight.

    (During the summer months, you will sleep tonight in Mammoth Lakes instead of Fresno).

  • Day 4: MAMMOTH LAKES OR FRESNO – YOSEMITE - SAN FRANCISCO

    Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure towards Yosemite National Park where you will have the opportunity to appreciate nature in its purest splendor. The trip continues to San Francisco. Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.

  • Day 5: SAN FRANCISCO

    Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, there will be a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, including the commercial and financial center area, with stops at the Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, the famous Golden Gate Bridge and ending at Fisherman's Wharf. . For those who want to continue exploring the city on their own, they can stay at the Wharf and/or add a cruise to Alcatraz or an excursion to Sausalito. Free afternoon. Accommodation.

    (Alcatraz can only be added during the summer months since, in winter, there is no afternoon ferry to reach the island. To add Alcatraz, we recommend requesting it at least 30 days before the date of the trip since tickets to the prison are very limited and sell out long in advance).

  • Day 6: SAN FRANCISCO - AIRPORT - OAHU ISLAND

    Breakfast and transfer to the airport.

  • Day 7: OAHU ISLAND

    Stay at the hotel and board chosen by the client. Free day to enjoy this magical island in the Pacific Ocean. Accommodation.

  • Day 8: OAHU ISLAND

    Stay at the hotel and board chosen by the client. Free day at your disposal to enjoy the beaches and nature of the island. Accommodation.

  • Day 9: OAHU ISLAND

    Stay at the hotel and board chosen by the client. Free day at your disposal to continue exploring all the attractions and entertainment that the island offers. Accommodation.

  • Day 10: OAHU ISLAND - HOME CITY

    Free time until your transfer to the airport to take your flight back to your city of origin. Overnight on board.

  • Day 11: CITY OF ORIGIN

    Arrival (*) at the city of origin and end of the trip.

Cancelation conditions

-Flights:

*Name changes are not permitted.

*Date changes are only permitted before tickets are issued.

*Once tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable.

-Circuit:

  *From the moment of confirmation, €30 per reservation.

  *Up to 31 days before the departure date: Free cancellation.

  *Between 30 and 21 days before the departure date: 30% penalty.

  *Between 20 and 1 day before the departure date: 75% penalty.

  *The Cancellation on the same day of departure or no-show: 100% penalty.

-Hotels in Hawaii:

 *Special penalties will be specified in the reservation confirmation, since some hotel rates in Hawaii are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers.

-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible change of route: Our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.

-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bag have an additional cost.

-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m.

-Triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.

-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange for delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or broken luggage.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs that may be required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Withdrawal of the consumer: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: for example, if the passenger's behavior is unfavorable to the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.

- In general, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in the United States: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

Children

Prices published for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with 2 adults. Maximum 2 children per room.

Once they turn 12, they pay as adults.
