Itinerary
Day 1: CITY OF ORIGIN - NEW YORK
Departure on a scheduled flight to New York. Arrival and transfer to the hotel chosen by the client. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.
Day 2: NEW YORK
Free day at your entire disposal with the option of hiring one of our optional excursions and visits. Accommodation.
Day 3: NEW YORK
Free day at your entire disposal with the option of hiring one of our optional excursions and visits. Accommodation.

Day 5: NEW YORK - LOS ANGELES
Transfer from hotel in New York to New York Airport and departure on flight to Los Angeles. Arrival at Los Angeles International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.
Day 6: LOS ANGELES
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure for a panoramic tour of the city passing through the places of greatest interest: Downtown, Financial District, Dorothy Chandler Pavillion and Plaza Olvera. The tour continues to Hollywood, where you will find the famous Dolby Theater (site of the Oscars), the Chinese Theater, the Avenue of Stars and Sunset Boulevard. And to end the visit, you will arrive at the famous residential area of Beverly Hills. I'll go back to the hotel, then I have the rest of the day free. Accommodation.
Day 7: LOS ANGELES – GRAND CANYON
Breakfast at the hotel. Early in the morning (approximately 07:30 am), departure to the southern area of the Grand Canyon of the Colorado, crossing the Mojave and Arizona deserts. There will be a stop in Seligman (only during the summer months), a rest point on the legendary Route 66. Arrival at the Grand Canyon area in the late afternoon. Accommodation.
Day 8: GRAND CANYON – LAS VEGAS
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit the Grand Canyon (south zone), a true paradise for lovers of nature and photography. They will get to know the most visited panoramic point in the park, from where they will be able to enjoy incredible views. After the visit, departure to Las Vegas. Along the way we cross some sections of the old Route 66 and we will also pass near the famous Hoover Dam. In the afternoon, arrival in the city of neon lights, fantasy and gambling capital, Las Vegas. Accommodation.
Day 9: LAS VEGAS
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning and afternoon free. At night, there will be a tour that includes a visit to the most historic hotel in Las Vegas, the Caesar Palace Hotel. You will tour the city's best-known street, the “Las Vegas Strip,” witnessing its many attractions until you reach the famous Fremont Street located in the heart of Downtown, the old part and origin of the city of Las Vegas. There they will be able to witness the famous light and sound show on a roof that covers the street, as well as improvised performances by street artists looking for an opportunity in the world of entertainment. Day 10: LAS VEGAS – MAMOTH LAKES OR FRESNO
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we say goodbye to the bustling city of Las Vegas and head out towards the Nevada Desert to return to the State of California through part of the extensive San Joaquin Valley. Arrive in Fresno or Mammoth Lakes in the late afternoon and overnight.
(During the summer months, you will sleep tonight in Mammoth Lakes instead of Fresno).
Day 11: MAMMOTH LAKES OR FRESNO – YOSEMITE - SAN FRANCISCO
Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure towards Yosemite National Park where you will have the opportunity to appreciate nature in its purest splendor. The trip continues to San Francisco. Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.
Day 12: SAN FRANCISCO
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, there will be a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, including the commercial and financial center area, with stops at the Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, the famous Golden Gate Bridge and ending at Fisherman's Wharf. . For those who want to continue exploring the city on their own, they can stay at the Wharf and/or add a cruise to Alcatraz or an excursion to Sausalito. Free afternoon. Accommodation.
(Alcatraz can only be added during the summer months since, in winter, there is no afternoon ferry to reach the island. To add Alcatraz, we recommend requesting it at least 30 days before the date of the trip since tickets to the prison are very limited and sell out long in advance).
Day 13: SAN FRANCISCO - CITY OF ORIGIN
Breakfast and free time until your transfer to the airport.
Flight from San Francisco International Airport to your hometown.
Day 14: CITY OF ORIGIN
Arrival in the city of origin and end of the trip.

Cancelation conditions
-Flights: once tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable. Name changes are not permitted.
-Hotel in New York:
*Special cancellation conditions vary depending on the hotel chosen by the client. Please check in each case.
-West Coast Tour:
*From the time of confirmation, €30 per reservation.
*Cancellations up to 45 days before the departure date: no penalty.
*Cancellations between 44 and 30 days before the departure date: 25% penalty.
*Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before the departure date: 50% penalty.
*Cancellations from 14 days before the departure date: 100% penalty.
Observations
Night transfers in and out of New York will have an additional charge per person per way. Consult in each case. Night transfers are considered those outside the following times:
- City of origin - New York: arrivals until 9:30 p.m.
- New York - City of origin: departures from 07:30 a.m.
IMPORTANT
-The prices published for children are valid for children under 18 years of age sharing a room with two adults. From the age of 18 they pay as an adult.
-Free time: during free time clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodation: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotel, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.
-The triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer Withdrawal: the program is sold as a package closed, so there will be no refunds or discounts for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
- Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or the hotel, he or she will be forced to leave the program without any discount or refund for services that you cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit such as guarantee to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in the United States: it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to bring the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
Children
Prices published for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Children over 12 years old pay as adults.
