-International flights: once the tickets are issued, they are non-refundable. Name change not allowed.

-Land services and internal flights in Turkey:

  *From the moment of confirmation, €30 per reservation.

  *Up to 15 business days prior to the tour departure: Free cancellation.

  *Within 14 -10 business days prior to the tour. at the departure of the tour: 25% of the total amount.

  *Between 09-04 business days prior to the departure of the tour: 50% of the total amount.

  *With less than 3 business days prior to the departure of the tour: 75% of the total amount.

  *In case of NO SHOW: 100% of the amount.

  *For circuits that include domestic flights, after having the reservation firm and confirmed, an additional penalty of €60 net per section and per person is applied.

-Hotels in Maldives:

Each hotel in Maldives has its own cancellation conditions. Consult in each case.

-From 0 to 4.99 years old: free on ground services in Turkey, sharing a room with two adults. They pay €100 on each internal flight. For international flights, consult in each case.

-From 5 to 10.99 years old: 50% discount on ground/circuit services in Turkey, sharing a room with two adults. They pay €100 on each internal flight. For international flights, consult in each case.

-In Turkey from 11 years old: they pay as an adult.

-In Maldives Each hotel has its own child policy. Consult in each case.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers:

*Winter season: Thursday.

*Summer season: Monday and Thursday.

-The order of visits in the itinerary is indicative, it could be altered at any time but without affecting the content of the trip.

-The departure from Istanbul to Cappadocia has to be Thursday or Sunday, depending on the season. This itinerary is based on arrivals in Istanbul on Mondays and Thursdays (as applicable by season). The distribution of nights in Istanbul will be adjusted according to the date of the trip.

-Possible changes in accommodation: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, it will be will offer the client an alternative within the same contracted category.

-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and Call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: many places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Turkey, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the program is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or the hotels, he or she will be forced to abandon the trip without any type of discount or refund for services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services of telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Turkey and Maldives: it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to bring the personal documents required by the authorities.
