Cancelation conditions
-Flights: 100% penalty from the moment of confirmation. Name change allowed up to 30 days before departure, after that name change is not allowed..
-Ground services:
*From the moment of confirmation, €30 per reservation.
*Up to 15 working days before the departure of the tour: Cancellation without charge.
*Within 14 -10 working days before the departure of the tour: 25% of the total amount.
*Between 09-04 working days before the departure of the tour: 50% of the total amount.
*Within 03 working days before the departure of the tour: 75% of the total amount total.
*In case of NO SHOW: 100% of the amount.

-The order of the visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.
-Possible changes in accommodations: if it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing for lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Turkey, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify before booking. Any additional assistance costs required during the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Turkey, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group or in the hotels, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.

Day 1:
MALAGA - ISTANBUL - CAPPADOCIA
Departure on a Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. Arrival and departure on another flight to Nevsehir (Cappadocia). Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Cold dinner and accommodation.
Day 2:
CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast and departure on an excursion for a first contact with this spectacular region. We will begin with a visit to the Paşabağı or Çavuşin Valley. Next, we will visit the Uçhisar Valley where you can see its ancient fortress dug into the rock, the highest point in Urgup and from where you can have a panoramic view of all the landscapes of the valleys in the area. Lunch in a local restaurant. Visit to the town of Avanos, famous for its pottery. The pottery craft dates back to the Hittite era and was particularly developed in Avanos. We will be able to visit a pottery factory. In the afternoon, visit one of the incredible underground cities (Ozkonak or Kaymakli, one of them), used by Christian communities as a refuge to escape persecution. Return to the hotel and rest of the afternoon free. Dinner and accommodation.

CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of this fascinating region and its original landscape, formed by the lava thrown out by the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes three million years ago. Visit of the open-air museum of the Goreme Valley, an incredible Byzantine monastic complex made up of churches carved into the rock with beautiful frescoes. Visit of the Avcilar and Güvercinlik valleys, which have a spectacular landscape of the so-called Fairy Chimneys. Lunch at a local restaurant. We will continue with the visit of the valleys of Cappadocia. During the excursion we will have the opportunity to visit workshops of carpets, onyx and turquoise. Return to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure in the morning to visit the Rustum Pasha Mosque. Next, we will do one of the most famous activities in Istanbul, a boat trip on the Bosphorus, a channel that separates Europe and Asia. During this journey you will be able to enjoy the history of the city in a different way. The excursion ends with one of the star visits, the Spice Bazaar, built by the Ottomans five centuries ago and used ever since. Free time in the bazaar where the visit ends. Return to the hotel on behalf of the client. Accommodation.
