-The order of visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.
-The departure from Istanbul to Cappadocia must be on a Thursday or Sunday, depending on the season. This itinerary is based on arrivals in Istanbul on Wednesdays and Saturdays (as applicable by season). The allocation of nights in Istanbul will be adjusted according to the date of travel.
-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing for lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Turkey, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify before booking. Any additional assistance costs that may be required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in Turkey, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and / or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: for example, if the passenger's behavior is in danger of causing ... In general, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements in Turkey: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
Cancelation conditions
-International flights: once tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable. Name change not allowed.
-Ground services and internal flights in Turkey:
*From the moment of confirmation, €30 per reservation.
*Up to 15 working days before the tour departure: Free cancellation.
*Within 14 -10 working days before the tour departure: 25% of the total amount.
*Between 09-04 working days before the tour departure: 50% of the total amount.
*Less than 03 working days before the tour departure: 75% of the total amount.
*In case of NO SHOW: 100% of the amount.
*For tours that include domestic flights, after having a firm and confirmed reservation, an additional penalty of €80 net per leg and per person is applied. Name changes are not permitted.
Children
-From 0 to 4.99 years old: free on land services, sharing a room with two adults. They pay €100 on each internal flight. For international flights, consult in each case.
-From 5 to 10.99 years old: 50% discount on ground/circuit services, sharing a room with two adults. They pay €100 on each internal flight. For international flights, consult in each case.
-From 11 years old: pay as an adult.

Day 1:
ISTANBUL
Flight from your hometown to Istanbul International Airport.
Arrival in Istanbul, assistance at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.

Day 2:
ISTANBUL – ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA (*)
Before sunrise, depart for Ankara through the Bolu Mountains. Stop en route to have breakfast that will have been prepared at the hotel. In Ankara we will visit the Ataturk mausoleum, inaugurated in 1953 and dedicated to the founder of modern Turkey, Ataturk. The mausoleum is a 40-ton block of marble with columns, which is reached by a long street lined with lions, ending in an immense square. Lunch at a local restaurant and continue to Cappadocia. During the journey there will be a stop en route to visit the salt lake (Tuz Golu). Arrival at the hotel in Cappadocia and rest of the afternoon free. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3:
CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of this fascinating region and original landscape, formed by the lava thrown by the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes three million years ago. Visit of the Goreme Valley open-air museum, an incredible Byzantine monastic complex made up of churches carved into the rock with beautiful frescoes. Visit of the Avcilar and Güvercinlik valleys, which have a spectacular landscape of the so-called Fairy Chimneys. Lunch at a local restaurant. We will continue with the visit of the valleys of Cappadocia. During the excursion we will have the opportunity to visit carpet, onyx and turquoise workshops. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 4:
CAPPADOCIA – ISTANBUL
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport to take a local flight to Istanbul. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 5:
ISTANBUL
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure in the morning to visit the Rustum Pasha Mosque. Next, we will do one of the most famous activities in Istanbul, a boat trip on the Bosphorus, a channel that separates Europe and Asia. During this journey you will be able to enjoy the history of the city in a different way. The excursion ends with one of the star visits, the Spice Bazaar, built by the Ottomans five centuries ago and used ever since. Free time in the bazaar where the visit ends. Return to the hotel on behalf of the client. Accommodation.
