Cancelation conditions
-Flights: 100% penalty from the moment of confirmation. Name change allowed up to 30 days before departure, after that name change is not allowed.
-Ground services:
*From the moment of confirmation, €30 per reservation.
*Up to 15 working days before the departure of the tour: Free cancellation.
*Within 14 -10 working days before the departure of the tour: 25% of the total amount.
*Between 09-04 working days before the departure of the tour: 50% of the total amount.
*Less than 03 working days before the departure of the tour: 75% of the total amount total.
*In case of NO SHOW: 100% of the amount.
IMPORTANT
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers
-The order of the visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.
-Possible changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Baggage : In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Turkey, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs , please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Turkey, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotels require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Turkey: it is the responsibility of the client to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Keep in mind that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, can be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

Departure on a Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. Arrival, assistance at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.

Breakfast and departure on a full-day excursion, starting with a visit to the ancient Hippodrome, which dates back to the Byzantine era and was the centre of civil activity in the country, and where not only horse races and gladiator fights were held, but also celebrations in honour of the Emperor. Today, it preserves the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column and the Fountain of Emperor William. We will pass in front of the Blue Mosque, which was built in 1609 during the Sultanate of Ahmet, who, wanting to surpass the Basilica of Saint Sophia with his mosque, built it with 6 minarets (entrance fees not included). Next, we will go to Topkapi Palace, the residence of the sultans until the 19th century, where most of the valuable objects of the Ottoman sultans are kept. Lunch at a local restaurant. Then, transfer to visit the Grand Bazaar. Covered bazaar built in 1660 and which can be considered as a small city covered by hundreds of domes, four thousand shops inside with alleys, squares and 18 access doors. Day 3:
ISTANBUL
Breakfast at the hotel. On day 2 or day 3, a visit to the Rustum Pasha Mosque and one of the most famous activities in Istanbul, a boat trip on the Bosphorus, a canal that separates Europe and Asia, are included. During this journey you will be able to enjoy the history of the city in a different way. The excursion ends with one of the star visits, the Spice Bazaar, built by the Ottomans five centuries ago and used ever since. Free time in the bazaar where the visit ends. Return to the hotel on behalf of the client. Accommodation.
