Cancelation conditions

- FLIGHTS 100% PENALTY FROM THE MOMENT OF CONFIRMATION. CHANGE OF DATE NOT ALLOWED.
- GROUND SERVICES: CANCELLATION COSTS BETWEEN 29 AND 16 DAYS before the departure date 50% of the total amount of the trip.
- GROUND SERVICES: CANCELLATION COSTS 15 days before the departure date 100%
- PENALTY FOR CHANGE OF NAME BEFORE DEPARTURE: €120 / place (after issuance, name change is not allowed).

-Regarding the accommodation, keep in mind that the categories in Egypt do not correspond to the categories in Europe, the standards in Egypt are lower. The categories of the hotels offered in this program are the official ones in Egypt, which does not mean that they correspond to the official categories in Europe. As for the motor ships, they do not have an official category.
-Possible changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the hotels or ships planned, An alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: many places in Egypt, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs , please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Egypt, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for services that you cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotels and ships require a credit card or a cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee to be able to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

Day 1:
MADRID – LUXOR
Departure by charter flight to Luxor. Arrival, visa procedures and transfer to the river boat. Cold dinner and night on board.

Day 2:
LUXOR–ESNA–EDFU
Full board on board. At the scheduled time, visit the eastern shore of Luxor to see this majestic city that was ancient Thebes. We will visit the Temple of Karnak, which is the greatest and most complex example of ancient Egyptian religious architecture, and the Temple of Luxor, built in the heart of the ancient city of Thebes mainly by the pharaohs Amenhotep III and Ramses II. Continuation of the visit to the western shore and the necropolises near Luxor, such as the Thebes necropolis. We continue to the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of some of the most important pharaohs of all time are located. We will continue with the panoramic view of the mortuary temple of Queen Pharaoh Hatshepsut. Then we will see the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic stone statues that represent the pharaoh Amenhotep III. Return to the motor ship and we will start sailing in the direction of Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 3:
EDFU – KOM OMBO – ASWAN
Full board on board. Departure in the morning to visit the temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon god Horus, one of the best preserved in Egypt. Return to the ship, lunch and continue sailing towards Kom Ombo. Arrival and view of its temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. After the visit we will sail to Aswan. Dinner and night on board.

Day 4:
ASWAN
Full board on board. Before dawn, departure on a road excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. After the visit, return to the motor ship. In the afternoon, a trip along the Nile in a felucca, typical fishing boats, to admire from the sailboat the wonderful landscapes offered by the Agha Khan Mausoleum, Elephantine Island and Kitchener Island. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5:
ASWAN – CAIRO
Breakfast. Disembark at 08:00 hrs and free time until the time of your transfer to the airport to leave on a local flight to Cairo. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.
Day 6:
CAIRO
Breakfast and departure to visit the Giza site, with the Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure pyramids, the Sphinx. We will also visit the Valley Temple of Kefren and a papyrus factory. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, departure to Memphis and Sakkara, capital of the Old Kingdom, where we can see the remains of the Memphis necropolis, some alabaster figures and some of the impressive colossi of Ramses II. Continuation to Sakkara where the stepped pyramid of Djoser is located. Return to Cairo and dinner at a local restaurant. Accommodation.

CAIRO
Breakfast and full day visit to the Museum of Egyptian Art, where we can enjoy a great collection of treasures. Lunch at a local restaurant and continuation of the visit: the Citadel with the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the Coptic quarter. We finish the visit at the Khan el Khalili bazaar with free time to shop. We end with dinner at a local restaurant. Back to the hotel. Accommodation.
