What is included?

Cancelation conditions
- MANAGEMENT EXPENSES: From the moment the reservation is made €30 / reservation
- FLIGHTS: 100% penalty from the time of issuance of air tickets. Change of date and name Not allowed.
- GROUND SERVICES:
Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 15% of the total cost of the services.
Cancellations received between 45 and 14 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services.
Cancellations received within 13 days prior to the beginning of the services will have a charge of the total cost of the services.
Children
Published prices for children are valid for children under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old, they pay as an adult.
IMPORTANT
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers: Monday and Tuesday throughout the year (with arrival in Nairobi Tuesday and Wednesday).
-Free time:
u> during free time clients do not have transportation or a local guide.-Possible change of route: our representative in Kenya has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or due to force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodations: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-The triple rooms generally only consist of 2 beds.
-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Kenya, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for services that you cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: generally, hotel establishments require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Kenya: it is your responsibility of the client to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to bring the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour does not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit, entry and vaccination regulations vary from one country to another and, in turn, may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

Day 1:
CITY OF ORIGIN - NAIROBI
Departure on a scheduled flight to Nairobi. Night on board.
Day 2:
NAIROBI – SAMBURU/SHABA
Arrival in Nairobi early in the morning (arrival deadline 07:30 am) and departure to the Samburu National Reserve, passing through Karatina and crossing the equator in Nanyuki. Lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, departure for a safari through the park. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3:
SAMBURU/SHABA – ABERDARE MOUNTAINS
Safari at sunrise. Breakfast and departure to Nyeri. Lunch at the Aberdare Country Club. In the afternoon, transfer in the hotel vehicles to the Aberdare National Park. Free afternoon to enjoy the views and observe the animals from the hotel viewpoints. Dinner and accommodation.
(For this night you can only take a small bag or backpack with the essentials. The rest of your luggage will stay at the Aberdare Country Club and will be picked up the next day next).

Day 4:
ABERDARE MOUNTAINS – LAKE NAKURU
Breakfast and transfer back to the Aberdare Country Club Hotel, where you will change vehicles to continue our route towards the Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrival and lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, a photographic safari will take place in the area. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 5:
LAKE NAKURU – MAASAI MARA
Breakfast and departure to the Maasai Mara National Reserve along the Narok route. Arrival at the lodge at lunch time. In the afternoon, photographic safari in the plains of this Reserve. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 6:
MAASAI MARA
Full board at the lodge. This day there are two safaris, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, to continue enjoying the landscape and the animals that can be seen in the area. The Maasai Mara National Reserve is a protected area of savannah, located in southwestern Kenya and along the border with Tanzania. Animals such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos inhabit it. The landscape is made up of grassy plains and rolling hills, which are crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The vicinity of the Reserve are dotted with villages (enkangs) of the Maasai people. Accommodation.

NAIROBI - AMBOSELI
Breakfast and early departure to Amboseli National Park, the magical land of Kenya, located in the South, on the border of Kenya and Tanzania. This park is a great natural setting created by the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro and with a landscape dominated by acacia forests, thorny bushes, swamps and its large lake. Home to a large concentration of wildlife including elephant, buffalo, impala, lion, zebra, wildebeest and hundreds of species of birds. Lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, departure for a photographic safari. Dinner and accommodation.
