- Possible changes in accommodations: If in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or camps, it will be will offer the client an alternative within the same contracted category.
- Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines or shipping companies, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to lost or broken suitcases.
- People with reduced mobility: Many places in Morocco, hotels and transport are not wheelchair accessible. , please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
- Special foods: Cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Morocco, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.
- Consumer withdrawal: The circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
- Behavior during the trip: In the event that a passenger's attitude endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.

Cancelation conditions
- Administration fees: 30€ per reservation.
- Flights:
- Name changes are NOT allowed.
- Once the tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable.
- Ground services:
- Cancellations between 15 and 11 days before the departure date will have a 5% penalty.
- Cancellations between 10 and 3 days before the departure date will have a 15% penalty.
- Cancellations 48 hours before the departure date will have a 25% penalty.
- No-show on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.
- In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, the Unused services will not be refunded.
Children
- The published price for children under 12 years old is valid if they share a room with 2 adults. From 12 years old, the child pays as an adult.
- For children under 2 years old, the price of the trip will be €90.

Day 1:
MADRID / OUARZAZATE
Presentation at the Madrid airport, where passengers will receive the “Three Wise Men travel kit”. Departure on special flight to Ouarzazate. Assistance upon arrival by the organization and the animators who will travel with the children throughout the experience. Transfer by bus to the hotel. Welcome dinner at the hotel.

Day 2:
OUARZAZATE
Breakfast. Departure directly to the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, located just 25 km away. from Ouarzazate, to visit this place that served as protection from outlaws and that has been the setting for films such as Gladiator or The Jewel of the Nile. Within it, families still live, mostly dedicated to tourism. You will have free time to walk through its alleys and buy items in its stores, the practice of haggling is totally essential. This day, lunch is held in this place with barbecue and vegetable tagines very typical of the area, for the children, there will be no shortage of French fries. In the afternoon, we visit the Atlas film studios, where more than 200 films have been filmed such as Benhur, Lawrence of Arabia, The Jewel of the Nile, or more recently, The Kingdom of Heaven, The Mummy, Gladiator, Asterix and Obelix or series like Game of Thrones. The royal pages will be prepared to wait for the children in the studio area where Asterix and Obelix was filmed almost entirely, to stage some scenes from the film and, of course, take a thousand photos with them. Breakfast. Departure to visit the famous Kasbah of Taourirt, where the ancient inhabitants of Ouarzazate defended themselves from the attack of outlaws in ancient times with a system of medieval castles called Kasbahs. Continuation towards the Todra gorges, crossing the Dades valley with its eternal palm groves and through the so-called Valley of Roses. In a restaurant in the gorges, you will have lunch based on the famous pinchitos and the best fries you can eat. After lunch, continuation towards Erfoud arriving mid-afternoon. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

ERFOUD
Breakfast. Here comes the adventure! Departure in off-road cars with expert dune drivers to enjoy an incredible day. Firstly, we will cover part of the long sand tracks that were formerly included in the Paris - Dakar rally, which lead to the large promontories of Erg Chebbi, where the Three Wise Men are rumored to live all year round. You can visit sand rivers, dunes, fossil quarries and the most exciting corners of the desert. Lunch will be held in an authentic oasis and you will have the opportunity to talk with the Tuaregs who live in the area and who know every corner of this place perfectly. A very intense day that will end at the hotel, where there will be dinner and there will be music and activities for the children. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 5:
ERFOUD / RISSANI / MERZOUGA
Breakfast. Departure in all-terrain vehicles to continue visiting interesting places such as the Rissani market, where local people come to buy donkeys to work with or dates, a source of energy for the people of the desert. Free time to walk through this souk and shop for crafts. Continuation to the camp, place where all dreams will culminate and where, finally, you can meet the authentic Three Wise Men of the East. Accommodation in tents per family. Lunch and afternoon full of surprises. After lunch, there will be a visit from the royal pages who will accompany them to the nearby dunes to see the Three Wise Men of the East arrive, a magical moment where the children will be able to deliver their letters, talk with them about their wishes and receive diplomas that They will be accredited as assistants to royal pages, a title that they will keep forever in their hearts. Once the ceremony is over, you and your parents can enjoy the sunset in this place, possibly one of the most impressive moments you will have in your lives.
