- Possible changes in accommodations: If in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or camps, it will be will offer the client an alternative within the same contracted category.

- Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines or shipping companies, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. - Ground services:

- Cancellations between 15 and 11 days before the departure date will incur a 5% penalty.

- Cancellations between 10 and 3 days before the departure date will incur a 15% penalty.

- Cancellations 48 hours before the departure date will incur a 25% penalty.

- No-shows on the day of departure without prior notice will incur a 100% penalty.
