 The penalty for cancellation varies according to the special conditions of each service provider ( hotels and transportation). Consult in each case.

What is common to all is that cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the date of entry (in the case of accommodation) or date of service (transfers and visits), will have a 100% penalty.

Children up to 1.99 years old free on land services; From 2 years old, consult (not all hotels on the circuit apply the same discount).

-Guaranteed daily departures from 2 passengers.

-Free time: during free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible change of route: our representative in Costa Rica has the full right to modify the order of the itinerary if the weather conditions so require.

-Possible Changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.

-The rooms triple rooms generally only have 2 beds.

-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels, lodges and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs , please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Costa Rica, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a package closed, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate for personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

- Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.

-Credit card: generally, hotel establishments require the passenger a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee to be able to facilitate telephone call services, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.

-Personal documentation and entry requirements in Costa Rica: It is the client's responsibility to find out about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities.
