Night transfers have an additional cost, please consult in each case. Night transfers are considered to be those within the following times:
-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers.
-Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
-Possible change of route: Our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Outside of the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room service or breakfast bag have an additional cost.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to guarantee immediate access to the rooms. Rooms are generally available from 3:00 p.m.
-Triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange for delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs that may be required throughout the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United States, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: for example, if the passenger's behavior is unfavorable to the group, he or she will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that he or she cannot enjoy.
- In general, hotels require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal documentation and entry requirements in the United States: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a panoramic tour of Los Angeles. We will visit the sophisticated Beverly Hills. We will continue to Hollywood where we will enjoy a walk along Hollywood Boulevard with its legendary Chinese Theater and the famous Avenue of the Stars. Afterwards, we will visit Downtown, its financial district, and the Mexican neighborhood. Free time for lunch (not included). In the afternoon, depart for Laughlin. Arrival at the hotel and free time to take a walk along the Colorado River or try your luck at the slot machines. Overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to the impressive geological phenomenon of the "Grand Canyon". Stop in Seligman, on the famous Route 66. Free time for lunch (not included) and walk along the south rim of the canyon to see one of the most impressive natural wonders in the world. The Grand Canyon is the result of millions of years of erosion, wind and water, with impressive landscapes of shadows and impenetrable colors. The Colorado River flows more than a mile below the canyon rim. After the visit, continue to Page where we will spend the night. Accommodation.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Monument Valley, where we will find ourselves surrounded by dark, reddish hills. We will visit this imposing area, famous for being the setting for numerous western films. This desert stretches for 40 kilometers long and 25 kilometers wide, with gigantic stone structures rising above the valley. En route, we will make stops at Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam. After the visit, our route continues towards Monticello, where we will spend the night. Accommodation.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Arches National Park, where we will spend the morning enjoying its incredible arid and austere sandstone landscape. This park is home to more than 2,000 natural arches of unexpected shapes, sizes, and unusual colors. After the visit, free time for lunch (not included) will follow. Continue to Dead Horse Point, with its views of Canyonlands and its beautiful rock formations and canyons. Then, continue to Vernal, where we will spend the night. Overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Wyoming. In the afternoon, arrival near Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, a typical Wild West town with wooden houses and cowboy-style bars. After checking into the hotel, free time to enjoy the city. Overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to cross Grand Teton National Park. Stop at the rustic Chapel of the Transfiguration to enjoy views of the majestic Teton Range, which rises more than 7,000 feet above the plains. There will also be a stop at Jenny Lake. We will continue to Yellowstone National Park (America's first national park). This area will be of interest to wildlife lovers: grizzly bears, buffalo, deer, elk, among other species. You can enjoy the splendid waterfalls in the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Overnight in West Yellowstone.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a day in Yellowstone National Park. We'll see the eruption of Old Faithful, the most famous of the park's more than 300 geysers, as well as other geological wonders such as Mammoth Hot Springs and Turquoise Pool. We continue to Bryce Canyon, one of Utah's most fascinating natural parks. The dazzling shapes, colors, and shades of the rocks at the memorable Pink Cliffs vary constantly from sunrise to sunset. Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Valley of Fire Park, named for the red sandstone formations found throughout the park. These formations are sand dunes that were fossilized during the age of the dinosaurs, 150 million years ago. Free time for lunch (not included). We continue to Las Vegas, the gambling capital of the world, which shimmers like a mirage in the desert. Arrival and the remainder of the afternoon at leisure to discover the dazzling hotel-casinos, enjoy the city, and enjoy the entertainment it offers. Overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning we will cross the Nevada desert towards Pahrump and Shoshone. As we enter the state of California, we will descend through the impressive Death Valley, approximately 80 meters below sea level. It is a region so desolate that the first cowboys who arrived described it as having "No rivers to drink from and no trees to hang themselves from." We will discover Furnace Creek and the Stovepipe Dunes, and visit the museum dedicated to the extraction and use of borax. After this indescribable experience, we will continue to Mammoth Lakes for an overnight stay. Accommodation.

1) Due to the excessive temperatures that can occur during the summer months in Death Valley, and in order not to endanger the health of passengers, this visit cannot always be guaranteed (45 degrees Celsius or more). In the event of unfavorable weather, instead of visiting Death Valley, the ghost town of Calico will be visited. 2) If Tioga Pass on the way to Yosemite is closed during the travel dates, accommodations for that day will be in Bakersfield, instead of Mammoth Lakes.
Breakfast and early departure to the majestic Yosemite National Park, one of the most beautiful parks in the state of California. Yosemite surprises with its forests and alpine landscapes with magnificent waterfalls. We will discover Half Dome, Yosemite Valley, Bridalveil Falls and Yosemite Falls. Free time for lunch (not included). In the afternoon, we will leave for Modesto through the fertile agricultural land of the Central Valley. Arrival at the hotel and rest of the afternoon at leisure. Arrival and panoramic tour of one of the most photographed, filmed, and documented cities in the world, a seductive blend of history and modern sophistication. Built on hills, the city is the jewel of the magnificent bay at the foot of the hills. We will see the financial district, Union Square, Chinatown, and cross the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge to the picturesque town of Sausalito on the other side of the bay. After this panoramic tour, transfer to the hotel for check-in and a free afternoon in San Francisco to continue exploring the city on foot or by cable car. Overnight.
