-Possible change of route: our representative in the United States has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits.
-Possible changes in accommodation: if on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotel, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that rooms will be available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m.
-The triple and quadruple rooms generally only have 2 beds.
-Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, Please consult it and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

In the morning, depart on a half-day tour of Upper and Lower Manhattan. This comprehensive Manhattan tour will take you to the heart of the Big Apple, immersing you in a spectacular cosmopolitan labyrinth of imposing skyscrapers. Walk through every corner of Manhattan, from its highest to its lowest streets, accompanied by our official guide and discover the grandeur of the city that never sleeps. An unforgettable experience that will immerse you in the vibrant essence of New York City. Our tour begins between 8:00 and 8:20 in the morning, depending on the location of your hotel, to ensure you make the most of your day. We will delve into Upper Manhattan, exploring the charming western part of Central Park until we reach the iconic Columbus Circle, home to the famous statue of Christopher Columbus. We'll continue to the Lincoln Center, home to the renowned New York City Ballet, the Metropolitan Opera, and the Philharmonic Orchestra. Here you'll admire the grandeur of the performing arts. Our first stop will be the iconic Dakota Building, known for its tragic connection to the death of John Lennon. At this point, we'll hop off the bus for a moment to walk to the nearby Strawberry Fields garden in Central Park, where you can photograph the Imagine plaque honoring this legendary musician. We'll then hop back on the bus to head to the picturesque Harlem neighborhood, where you'll appreciate the fascinating contrast between the old architecture and the emerging modernity. We'll descend Fifth Avenue, enjoying a panoramic view of the famous Museum Mile, where the highlights include the Neighborhood Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Frick Collection, and the Guggenheim. On this stretch of the tour, you'll pass by the majestic St. Patrick's Cathedral and the iconic Rockefeller Center, until we reach our third stop: Madison Square, where you can capture a wonderful view of the Flatiron Building and the Empire State Building on the horizon. We'll continue our tour to Lower Manhattan, exploring the charming neighborhoods of Greenwich Village, Soho, Chinatown, and Little Italy. You'll also have the opportunity to admire the majesty of City Hall, the Courthouse, and the Federal Reserve. On the way to our next stop, you'll be able to admire two architectural gems from the bus: Trinity Church and St. Paul's Chapel. The fourth stop takes us to Wall Street, the financial district and the iconic site of Ground Zero in New York City. This section is covered on foot, as it is the best way to appreciate the area's awe-inspiring beauty. You'll see the impressive Oculus subway station, a masterpiece by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, as well as the imposing One World Trade Center, one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world. Accompanied by our guide, we'll walk to the 911 Memorial, a moving tribute to the victims of the September 11 attacks. The Contrasts of New York tour, also known as the New York neighborhoods tour, is the most comprehensive and famous tour in New York. With an approximate duration of 5 hours, this guided tour in Spanish will allow you to get to know the most emblematic neighborhoods of the Big Apple: the Bronx, Queens, Harlem and Brooklyn. Immerse yourself in the fascinating cultural contrast of the city that never sleeps with the help of an expert guide. Our guide will share with you valuable historical and cultural information at each place we visit, adding an extra dimension to your experience.
We will begin the Contrasts tour in New York City at 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. (depending on the location of your hotel and the designated stop). Our first destination will be the Boulevard East Observation Deck, located in Alexander Hamilton Park in New Jersey. This is a unique aspect that sets our tour apart from other Contrasts tours available, as we offer the chance to cross the Hudson River and explore the contrasts of the Big Apple from New Jersey. From this viewing deck, you'll be able to enjoy a privileged view of Manhattan. You'll watch the imposing skyscrapers and skyline unfold before your eyes, creating an unforgettable visual spectacle. This stop is the perfect place to take stunning photos and take in the beauty of Manhattan from a panoramic perspective. We'll continue our tour along the Hudson River, passing through the charming towns of Edgewater and Fort Lee. These towns, bathed by the calm waters of the river, provide a picturesque atmosphere and a pleasant experience during the journey. Our next point of interest will be the Fort Lee Historic Park, where you can delight in the view of the George Washington Bridge (which connects Manhattan to the Bronx) and the Hudson River. After a well-deserved break to take photos and contemplate the city, we will cross the George Washington Bridge and enter the famous Bronx neighborhood. Our first stop in this vibrant place will be at the legendary Yankee Baseball Stadium. As we explore the Bronx, we'll head to Fort Apache, best known as the police station where the movie Apache District starring Paul Newman was filmed. We'll continue our tour to the South Bronx, where you can see the abundant graffiti and memorials dedicated to gang members who died in street fights. Don't miss the opportunity to photograph the famous graffiti by the famous Puerto Rican rapper Big Pun. To conclude the tour, we will head to the picturesque neighborhood of DUMBO in Brooklyn, where you can photograph the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. This is where our excursion of contrasts comes to an end. If you wish, you can take the bus back to Hudson Yards or tell your guide that you prefer to stay on your own to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge or enjoy the area's culinary offerings.
