The Musadam Peninsula, known locally as Ruus Al Jiba, is a peninsula that forms the northwestern point of the Arabian Peninsula. It is located south of the Strait of Hormuz, between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, separated from the rest of the country by the eastern coast of the United Arab Emirates.It is known as the “Norway of Arabia” for its beautiful ravines, small towns and spectacular roads next to the mountains.
