If there were any important and unexpected event during which the hotels add a supplement, we will inform you of the corresponding supplement as soon as it is communicated to us.
Children
This program does not have a discount for children.
Cancelation conditions
-Management fees: €30 per reservation.
-Flights:
Name change No allowed.
Date change allowed only before the issuance of air tickets.
Once the tickets are issued, they are not refundable.
-Land services:
Cancellations between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.
Cancellations 15 days before the departure date will have a 100% penalty.
Non-show on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.
In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT
-VERY IMPORTANT: Special holiday, exhibition and event dates are subject to an extra charge for accommodation, which will be informed at the time of booking confirmation.
-Daily departures guaranteed for 2 or more passengers.
-The order of visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.
-Possible changes in accommodations: If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Triple rooms: this program does not have a triple room option.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange for delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs required during the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United Arab Emirates, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: if the behavior of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
- Credit Card: Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements in the United Arab Emirates: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
Dubai Desert and Musandam Peninsula itinerary
Day 1:
DUBAI
Flight from your hometown to Dubai Airport. *
Arrival at Dubai airport and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day free. Accommodation.

Day 2:
DUBAI
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a panoramic tour of the city. The first stop will be in the old part of Dubai, visiting the Bastakiya neighborhood and Al Fahidi Fort (home to the Dubai Museum, currently closed for renovation). Next we will cross the Dubai Creek with the “Abra”, the famous water taxi, to visit the spice and gold markets. Then we will make a stop at the “Union House”, continuing to the Jumeirah Mosque. Next we will cross the sunny Jumeirah beach to see the luxurious "Burj Al Arab" hotel. Next, we will tour Sheikh Zayed Road, where we can appreciate the city's great skyscrapers. Finally, we will pass through Downtown Dubai for a panoramic tour of the area where the tallest tower in the world is located, the “Burj Khalifa” next to the impressive Duba Mall shopping center. Return to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation.

Day 3:
DUBAI - ABU DHABI - DUBAI
Breakfast at the hotel and departure on a full-day excursion to visit the emirate of Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates and the largest of the seven emirates, popularly known as the richest city in the world. We will begin our tour at the famous Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the third largest in the world. Later we will go to see the palaces of the sheikhs and we will stop in front of the majestic Emirates Palace Hotel for a photo session. Later we will take a short drive through the city to better understand the heritage and culture of life of the past. Next we will see the Abu Dhabi Corniche with its spectacular skyscrapers and its Heritage Village. Free time and in the afternoon, return to Dubai. Accommodation.

DUBAI - DESERT
Breakfast at the hotel and free time until mid-morning, when we will leave towards the hotel in the Dubai Desert. Arrival in time to have lunch (included). Free afternoon for personal activities and enjoy the hotel facilities. Accommodation.
