- CIRCUIT: 

 Cancellations received up to 46 days prior to the start date of the services, without penalty.

 Cancellations received between 45 and 25 days prior to the start date of the services, will have a 30% penalty of the total cost of the services.

 Cancellations received between 24 and 10 days prior to the start date of the services, will have a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the services.

Cancellations received from 9 days prior to the start date of the services will have a 100% penalty.

- HOTELS IN KOH SAMUI: 

 The penalty for cancellation varies depending on the hotel chosen. Consult in each case.

-Guaranteed departures from 2 passengers: arrivals in Bangkok on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

-Published prices for children are only valid for children under 12 years old and sharing a room with two adults. From the age of 12 they pay as an adult. Maximum 2 children per room.

-Free time: during free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

-Possible change of route: our representative in Thailand has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure without losing any of the scheduled visits. The itinerary is subject to changes depending on the flights chosen by the client, as well as weather conditions.

-Possible changes in accommodations: if in any of the departures there is no If it were possible to confirm the planned hotels, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same category contracted.

-Regarding accommodation, keep in mind that in Thailand there is no official category for hotels. The categories of the hotels offered in this program are an orientation comparing them with the categories in Europe, they are not official categories.

-The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned hours according to to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:30 hrs and 10:00 hrs. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room services or breakfast bag have an additional cost.

-An early arrival at the hotel on the first day of travel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available. Standard check-in time applies, unless additional room nights are purchased to ensure immediate room access. Rooms are generally available after 3:00 p.m. Likewise, there is also a time to leave the room on the day of departure from the hotel, this being between 10:00 and 11:00 hours.

-To take into account when choosing a beach: we suggest you take into account the weather conditions before choosing your beach destination in Thailand. During the summer months, mainly July and August, it is recommended to choose any of the beach destinations in the Gulf of Thailand (eg Ko Samui) and the rest of the year any of the Andaman Sea destinations (eg Phuket and Krabi). .

-If the air option chosen by the client is to return to the city of origin via Bangkok, the minimum time for the connection between a domestic flight and an international flight is 3 hours. Buying a connection with less time than recommended may cause the loss of your international flight and in this case the client would be responsible for the extra costs that the loss of the flight would generate.

-Baggage: In case of loss of luggage by the airlines, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to manage the claim and call the company directly to process the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.

-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify it before making the reservation. Any additional cost of assistance that they require throughout the tour will be borne by the client.

-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc. .) must be communicated before arrival in Thailand, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of diet or special menu.

-Consumer withdrawal: the circuit is sold as a closed package , so there will be no refund or discount for the services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal or medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.

-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services that you cannot enjoy.
