In the event of an important and unexpected event during which the hotels add a supplement, we will inform you of the corresponding supplement as soon as we are notified.
Cancelation conditions
-Administration fees: €30 per reservation.
-Flights:
Name change not allowed.
Date change allowed only before the airline tickets are issued.
Once the tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable.
-Ground services:
Cancellations between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will incur a 50% penalty.
Cancellations 15 days before the departure date will incur a 100% penalty.
No-show on the day of departure without prior notice will incur a 100% penalty.
In the event that the client decides to reduce the program by personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT
-Guaranteed departures for 2 or more passengers.
-The order of the visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.
-VERY IMPORTANT: The dates of special holidays, Exhibitions and Events are subject to an extra charge for accommodation, which will be informed at the time of confirmation of the reservation.
-Possible changes in accommodations: the prices are based on standard hotel rooms. If there is no availability in that type of room, the supplement for another type of room will be informed. If it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs required during the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United Arab Emirates, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: if the behavior of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
- Credit Card: Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements in the United Arab Emirates: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.

Day 1:

Flight from your hometown to Abu Dhabi Airport. *
Arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport and transfer to Marawah Marine Biosphere Reserve. Dinner and overnight in eco-glamping.

Day 2:

Breakfast and free day to enjoy the many activities offered by the resort. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3:
MARAWAH MARINE BIOSPHERE - ABU DHABI - YAS ISLAND
Breakfast and departure to Abu Dhabi city. You will be mesmerized by the grandeur of the Abu Dhabi skyline as well as the majestic Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world. Next, you will take a panoramic tour of the heart of the city, where you will visit the famous Union Square, which houses symbolic themes inspired by the country's customs. After a walk along the Corniche, you will visit the Heritage Village, specially designed by the late Sheikh Zayed Ben Sultan al Nahyan, as a reminder of the past for younger generations. We will visit the only presidential palace open to the public, the Qasr Al Watan, much more than a palace, it is a unique testimony to the spirit of the people of the United Arab Emirates and their leaders. It is an enriching interactive journey in a contemporary environment that reveals and reflects on governance, knowledge and craftsmanship. Visit the Observation Deck at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers 300, located on level 74, it is the highest observation deck in Abu Dhabi. Enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views from 300 metres above the capital and take stunning photos of the city skyline, the Corniche and the Arabian Gulf. After this panoramic tour, transfer to Yas Island. Check in at the hotel and rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay.
