Children
The published prices for children are valid up to 11 years old and sharing a room with 2 adults. From the age of 12, children pay as an adult.

Cancelation conditions
-Management fees: €30 per reservation.
-Flights:
Name change No allowed.
Date change allowed only before the issuance of air tickets.
Once the tickets are issued, they are not refundable.
-Land services:
Cancellations between 29 and 16 days before the departure date will have a 50% penalty.
Cancellations 15 days before the departure date will have a 100% penalty.
Non-show on the day of departure without prior notice will have a 100% penalty.
In the event that the client decides to reduce the program for personal reasons, unused services will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT
-VERY IMPORTANT: Special holiday, exhibition and event dates are subject to an extra charge for accommodation, which will be informed at the time of booking confirmation.
-Daily departures guaranteed for 2 or more passengers.
-The order of visits may vary, but always maintaining the content of the trip.
-Possible changes in accommodations: if it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels for any of the departures, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
-Triple rooms: Category A does not have triple rooms. In the rest of the categories, triple rooms do not include an extra bed for the third passenger.
-Luggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to arrange the delivery or compensation that may apply. Luxotour will not be responsible for any processing of lost or broken luggage.
-People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please check and notify us before making your reservation. Any additional assistance costs required during the tour will be the responsibility of the client.
-Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in the United Arab Emirates, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
-Withdrawal of the consumer: the program is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refund or discount for services that customers decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical, flight schedule or other events.
-Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
-Credit card: if the behavior of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
- Credit Card: Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit from the passenger as a guarantee in order to facilitate telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
-Personal Documentation and Entry Requirements in the United Arab Emirates: It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as to carry the personal documents required by the authorities. Luxotour assumes no responsibility in this regard. Please note that visa, transit and entry regulations vary from one country to another and may also be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
Getaway to Dubai with Abu Dhabi itinerary
Day 1:
DUBAI
Flight from your hometown to Dubai Airport. *
Arrival at Dubai International Airport and transfer with assistance in English to your hotel. Accommodation.

Day 2:
DUBAI
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to begin a full-day visit to the city, accompanied by a bilingual Spanish-Portuguese guide. We will start from Deira and pass through the Spice Souk and the Gold Souk, both closed on Fridays. We will cross the Creek in the Abra or water taxi. We will continue through Jumeirah passing in front of the Jumeirah Mosque and we will stop to take photographs of the Burj al Arab (the only 7* hotel in the world). Then we continue to the artificial island of the Palm Tree (Palm Jumeirah) where we have time to visit The Pointe, with a view of the famous Atlantis hotel, and we continue to the Dubai Marina, one of the most beautiful and famous areas of Dubai. The visit ends at the Dubai Mall, a shopping center with the most stores in the world on an area of 440,000m2, with views of the Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world at 828 meters high. Admission not included). Free time and return to the hotel at the client's expense. Accommodation.

Day 3:
DUBAI - DESERT - DUBAI
Breakfast at the hotel. Free morning. Early in the afternoon (around 3:00 or 3:30 p.m.), departure in a 4x4 vehicle with an English-speaking driver for a tour of the desert dunes. The day ends with a Bedouin dinner in a desert camp. Back to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 4:
DUBAI - ABU DHABI - DUBAI
Breakfast at the hotel and departure on a full-day excursion towards the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, passing through the port of Jebel Ali. In Abu Dhabi we will visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, one of the largest and most beautiful mosques in the world. Lunch at a local restaurant. We will continue through one of the richest areas with a view of the façade of the Presidential Palace and the famous Emirates Palace Hotel until we reach the "Corniche Road". The city tour will continue in the Bateen area and before heading back to Dubai, there will be a stop in front of Ferrari Park (entrance not included) to take a photo from the outside. Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.
